In accordance with the Foundation's Articles of Association, the Board of Directors consists of five members, including an Attorney-at-Law, the Director of Theatre at the Danish Royal Theatre, the Director of Opera at the Danish Royal Theatre, the Director at the Danish Royal Opera Academy and the Administrational Director at the Danish National Opera.

The Foundation was established on 5 December 2017. The Board of Directors constitutes five members with a keen interest in opera.
